This amazing dish is a unique take on scotch eggs, which sit on a lovely purple bed of sweet potato mash, surrounded by a pool of creamy leek sauce. A dash of sambal also occupies this soulful creation- definitely appealing to those who can’t do without their spice!

Not only is their display of pastries super pretty, with salted egg everything being the flavour craze of the year, but you also need to check out Dotty’s for their salted egg yolk cronut (which combines two food fads in one!). From what we hear, their speculoos éclair isn’t one to be missed as well
