The beauty of being in Malaysia is that you can sample traditional cuisines from different cultures – and the best part is, you can get halal versions of almost any dish
With the Chinese lunar new year just around the corner, it’s time to enjoy Yee Sang (or also known as Yusheng)! For the uninitiated, Yee Sang is a traditional appetizer dish made up of shredded vegetables in a myriad of colours and raw fish. This signature dish is surprisingly only well known in Malaysia and Singapore. Gather your family and friends for a feast!
