Brace yourselves for the first ever halal Hokkaido ramen eatery in Singapore! Yes folks, Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen at Suntec City lets you enjoy a traditional and authentic taste of Hokkaido ramen. The secret to this mouthwatering ramen is in its broth, which is reflected in Ichikokudo’s shoyu ramen.

If you want a sample of this exquisite taste, try Ichikokudo’s original authentic soy sauce ramen which costs just $9.90 The dashi (soup) is made by simmering chicken bones for hours with 100% Hokkaido kelp, plus a blend of bonito and mackerel flavours
Not to mention that their ramen is made from a special flour which has Hokkaido wheat to enhance its texture too! Not a fan of chicken? You can also opt for their Ichi-Smoked Duck Ramen ($12.90) or Ichi-Beef Ramen ($12.90) too.

Seafood lovers would love Ichikokudo’s seafood specialties. As Hokkaido is well-known for their fresh seafood, this is definitely a must-try. With 4 options of seafood ramen, we recommend going straight for their Hokkai Ramen Gifts From The Sea ($18.90) which will be just the treat for you. With generous portions of scallops, shrimps and a crab leg, you’ll be thoroughly satisfied with this refreshing ramen 🤤

Looking for a bit of spice with your ramen? Try Ichikokudo’s Hokkai Jigoku Ramen ($13.90)! Named after Hokkaido’s famous volcano, Jigoku-dani, this spicy ramen is a rich red soup made with a mix of spicy miso (fermented bean paste) and their signature broth. Top that up with their homemade chilli furikake for a burst of flavours!
#HHWT Tip: Want more flavour in your ramen but without the spice? Try Ichikokudo’s tomato ramen instead. The tangy tomato taste, coupled with their rich chicken broth will definitely be a treat to your taste buds 🤤

To make your dining experience even more authentic, you can enjoy 3 types of seating options at Ichikokudo. You can either sit at the ramen bar while watching their chefs prepare your ramen or savour your ramen the traditional way by sitting at their tatami corners. Wherever you choose to sit, we’re pretty sure you’ll enjoying slurping Ichikokudo’s yummy ramen treats ☺️ We’re pretty sure your stomach’s been rumbling after reading this, so time to head down to Suntec City and get your ramen fix!
