1. Pinto Coffee+
Pinto Coffee+ is a café that’s hidden deep in the tropical jungle. Don’t let the half-completed exterior fool you into thinking that the building’s abandoned.
In fact, it was purposely designed that way! The dynamic architecture of this cafe that utilises the open space concept makes Pinto truly one of a kind.

Once you step in, you’ll be welcomed with the sweet aroma of their locally-made coffee and the ash wood tables and benches around to accommodate your dining experience . There’s no doubt that Pinto will give you that back-to-kampung feels!

If you’re up for a bite, the nasi goreng telur and the lamb shoulders are must-haves! Everything is homemade, so you’ll feel homely as you take a bite of the succulent lamb and the flavourful nasi goreng. 🤤

2. Nero Bianco Deli

As you drive along the road in Janda Baik, you’ll notice this funky-looking pop-up café right beside a small community housing area. The name itself would probably be enough to capture your attention!

The black-and-white setup around the café exudes edginess and artistic vibe that’ll make you want to drop by and see what’s in store. Unlike other cafés, drinks at Nero Bianco Deli are self-service so you can choose any drinks you like from their Coffee & Tea station and proceed to the counter.

If you’re into Western food, this is THE place to be! Be sure to try the baked sausages served with finely-mashed potatoes and coleslaw. So good that your happy tummy will demand for more! 🤤
**Bonus: Did you know that Nero is also home to Janda Baik’s archery campsite where you can experience the bows and arrows and camp out with your family and friends!

If you travel a little further into Kampung Janda Baik, you’ll locate another hidden café called Kopi n Kraf. Known as the pit stop for cyclists, bikers and hikers, Kopi n Kraf is a novel café that is created along the tropical rainforest.

Did you know that a portion of the café’s structure is actually from a traditional Indonesian house? Yes, when the house was purchased in Indonesia, it was then dismantled to be transported to Janda Baik!

When you’re there, be sure to try out their dishes, from light bites to main courses and desserts! Go for the Nasi Lemak or the Indonesian Bakso, both will satisfy your cravings! 🤤
